Connect Staffing is hiring a Forklift Operator for a warehouse in Santa Ana, CA. This is a temp-to-hire day shift position paying $18.50/hr. In this role, you will operate a forklift to load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments, receive and stage inbound freight, and help pick and pack outgoing orders. Saturday overtime is available for those looking to earn more.

Warehouse Responsibilities Operate a sit-down forklift to move product throughout the warehouse. Inspect inbound freight for damage, shortages, or discrepancies upon receipt. Stage inbound materials in designated storage areas. Pull and pack outgoing orders accurately to meet shipping deadlines. Label and prepare shipments for carrier pickup. Keep the shipping and receiving dock area clean and organized. Minimum Requirements 1+ year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a shipping and receiving or order fulfillment role. Familiarity with packing, labeling, and carrier pickup procedures. Basic experience with warehouse management systems or shipping software. Ability to read and verify packing slips, bills of lading, and purchase orders. Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment.
