Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. Your expertise in warehouse operations, shipping logistics, and inventory management will contribute to maintaining optimal supply chain flow. Duties Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders. Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, labeling, and documenting orders with precision, ensuring compliance with paperwork Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload trucks efficiently. Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities through data entry in warehouse management systems and MS Office applications. Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory management software, and coordinating with warehouse distribution teams. Ensure proper packaging standards are met to prevent damage during transit while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve shipping discrepancies or delays promptly, providing excellent support throughout the process. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or related roles within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and shipment documentation. experience with stock picking equipment like order pickers and pallet jacks is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail; capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy.
