• Shipping & Customer Service Associate
• Small shipping, mail, and print center We're looking for a dependable, personable team member to help with package handling and front-counter customer service. You'll split time between preparing shipments and assisting customers with mailing, drop-offs, and general questions.
• What you'll do
• Receive, sort, weigh, and prepare packages for shipment
• Help customers with mailing services, package drop-offs, and basic shipping questions
• Answer the phone and handle in-person inquiries in a friendly, accurate way
• Keep the counter and package area organized and stocked
• Support simple print-shop tasks as needed (copies, basic jobs, customer handoff)
• What we're looking for
• Reliable attendance and a steady, careful approach to detail
• Comfort talking with customers and staying patient during busy periods
• Ability to lift and move packages (typically up to 40-50 lbs, with help available for heavier items)
• Basic computer comfort for shipping software and point-of-sales, (will train on software)
• Prior shipping, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required
