Compensation for this position will be determined based on a combination of factors, including education, professional certifications, relevant experience, and other job-related considerations permitted by law. Role Overview The Shipping Associate I supports shipping and receiving operations by ensuring the accurate and timely movement of products and materials. This role contributes to efficient warehouse operations through order fulfillment, inventory support, quality verification, and adherence to shipping procedures. The position helps maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment while supporting daily distribution activities. Success in this role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to operational accuracy. Key Responsibilities Support the shipment of finished goods and the receipt of incoming materials to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to verify accuracy and compliance with shipping requirements. Monitor and report inventory shortages, damages, and discrepancies while supporting inventory control activities. Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of outgoing orders in accordance with established procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area, participate in physical inventories, and perform additional shipping and receiving duties as assigned.
