We are a meat packaging company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented, and bilingual (English/Spanish) individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Associate. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely flow of products.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments Operate walkie riders and other material handling equipment safely Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments Complete and maintain accurate shipping and receiving paperwork Serve as a floater to assist in other areas of the facility as needed Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies Keep work areas clean and organized

Requirements:

Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Bilingual in English and Spanish Willingness to work overtime and float to other areas of the facility Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
