at ECHO Incorporated in Lake Zurich, Illinois, United States Job Description ECHO Incorporated is hiring a Receiving Clerk for our Distribution team. 1st
Shift:
M-F, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Starting at $21/HR Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, PTO, 11 paid holidays, 5% 401(k) match, yearly bonus potential, tuition reimbursement and career advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Receive and unload inbound shipments. Check in drivers and assign dock doors. Verify shipments against POs, packing slips and bills of lading. Process inventory using XA (AS400), SCE/WMS and Powerlink. Enter POs and manage ASN numbers and storage locations. Investigate shortages, overages, damages and inventory discrepancies. Process returns and warehouse transfers. Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation. Schedule inbound freight deliveries. Maintain receiving records and documentation. Operate forklifts, reach trucks and cherry pickers. Maintain a safe and organized work area.
Qualifications:
Receiving, inventory, warehouse or distribution experience. Inventory control and reconciliation experience. ERP/WMS experience preferred. XA (AS400), SCE/WMS or Powerlink experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Microsoft Office skills. High School Diploma/GED required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
