Job Description

Maybury is growing and looking for a Parts Shipping and Receiving Associate. In this hands-on position, you will work as part of a dynamic team to support a variety of functions in our Parts Department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Unpack and examine incoming parts shipments and vendor stock orders; verify information against bill of lading packaging lists; record damages or shortages. Accurately and promptly pull purchased parts from stock to fill orders, shipments, consignments, van inventories, etc. Prepare packages for shipment; including determining the best shipping method and weighing, labeling, and affixing postages. Operate powered material handling equipment to move shipments from the shipping and receiving area to work or storage areas. May press tires as well as deliver parts to customers and other Maybury locations as needed. Updates work order system to notify Service Department team members about the status of their parts order and when requested items are received.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and at least 3 months of related experience required. Knowledge of Windows and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Experience with GP Dynamics a plus. Strong attention to detail, as well as customer service and organizational skills required. Valid driver's license and good driving history is required. Must be able to frequently lift or move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift or move up to 100 lbs.
