Job Description

Overview BoardGameBliss is expanding into the United States, and we're building our founding Buffalo team. This is a ground-floor, part-time role focused on the engine of our business: getting online orders picked, packed, and out the door accurately and on time. This is an on-call position. Hours are scheduled based on order volume and incoming shipments
  • some weeks are busy, some are quiet. It's a great fit if you want flexible, hands-on work and can say yes when we call. What You'll Do Order Fulfillment (the core of the job) Pick online orders accurately from shelf locations Pack orders securely for shipping
  • right box, right protection, no damage in transit Generate labels and manage shipments in our shipping software (ShipStation) Coordinate handoffs with carriers (UPS, USPS) Keep pick/pack stations organized, stocked, and efficient Receiving & Inventory Receive incoming shipments; unpack pallets and cases (lifting up to 50 lbs) Verify counts against packing slips and flag discrepancies Stock shelves, organize the back room, and keep inventory accurate Drive packages to and from the depot as needed (bonus pay applies) Retail Backup (occasional) Cover the storefront when needed•greeting customers, sales transactions, order pickups Help keep the store clean and presentable What We're Looking For Availability to work on-call, including weekends•you can respond to shift requests and show up reliably Warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or retail stockroom experience preferred Accurate and detail-oriented•you double-check before the box is sealed Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable with computers and learning new software (Shopify, ShipStation) Self-motivated and able to work independently Valid US driver's license (an asset•bonus pay applies for depot runs) Passion for board games is a plus Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available)
Compensation & Schedule Pay:
$18.00 USD per hour

Additional pay for depot driving runs
