This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a growing trading card business operates. Training begins with shipping and receiving, with opportunities to learn inventory management, purchasing support, and the broader supply chain as you develop your skills. Your first training block:

Shipping and receiving You'll learn how to move an order from sale to shipment and how to bring incoming products into our system.

Responsibilities include:

Match cards to customer orders using inventory numbers, auction item numbers, and order records. Pick, verify, and combine items accurately for shipment. Protect raw cards, graded cards, and sealed products using appropriate packaging. Prepare shipping labels, verify addresses, and record tracking information. Receive deliveries and compare incoming items with purchase records. Identify and report missing items, shipping damage, or order discrepancies. Keep orders organized throughout packing and carrier pickup. Maintain a clean workspace and monitor packaging supplies. What you'll learn as you progress After demonstrating accuracy and consistency in shipping and receiving, you'll receive training in additional areas of our operations, including: Inventory entry, labeling, storage, and location tracking. Stock counts and inventory reconciliation. Returns processing and resolving fulfillment problems. Purchasing support and tracking incoming collections. Using spreadsheets and ecommerce systems to maintain accurate records. Planning fulfillment around busy livestreams and large sales events. Improving workflows to help the team handle more orders efficiently. What we're looking for Strong attention to detail and respect for valuable collectibles. Dependability, punctuality, and clear communication. Ability to follow a repeatable process while maintaining an efficient pace. Comfort using a computer, entering data, and learning new software. Willingness to ask questions and flag discrepancies before an order ships. Ability to stay organized when handling many similar-looking items. A team-oriented attitude and interest in learning new responsibilities. Trading card knowledge is helpful, but it is not required.
