This position is a combination of warehouse and office work and will involve operating a sit-down forklift, loading and unloading shipments, preparing shipping paperwork, and assisting customers with shipping needs. Responsibilities Operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload shipments Prepare packing lists, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and other shipping documents Create UPS shipping labels and use shipping software Coordinate shipping and receiving activities Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records Communicate with customers by phone and email Assist with general shipping office duties Manage multiple priorities and frequent interruptions Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of shipping/receiving experience preferred Previous office experience required Sit-down forklift experience required Knowledge of shipping and transportation processes Comfortable using computers and standard business software Strong written and verbal communication skills Good customer service skills Benefits/Compensation 1st shift 6:30a-4:30p M-Th and 6:30a-12p on Friday (avg of 36 hrs per week) $16/hr+ depending on experience Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts Company benefits available after hire Location Erie, PA About Career Concepts Staffing Services, Inc.
