Schedule/Hours:

12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week Rotating schedule depending on need, primarily 7a-7p Weekend shifts required Opportunity for limited on-call standby (up to 24 hours/month, based on interest)

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Pennsylvania BSN preferred Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with mental health/psychiatric experience strongly preferred

Certifications:

BLS, PA Act 31, 33, 34, 73 Familiarity with

EPIC EMR

preferred Strong communication, clinical judgment, and flexibility Professional appearance in business casual attire (no open-toed shoes)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and admissions for the Crisis Residential Unit Administer medications and manage med orders accurately Ensure patient and staff safety at all times Build therapeutic relationships and support patients throughout their stay
