Part-Time Production & Shipping Associate WesternStone Studios is looking for a dependable, hands-on person to join our small production team part-time. We create handcrafted concrete home goods, and we're looking for someone who can help throughout our production and fulfillment process. The primary responsibility of this position will be preparing and shipping customer orders , but because we're a small business, you'll also help with many other parts of our day-to-day operation. We're looking for someone who doesn't mind jumping between different tasks and helping wherever needed. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Print and apply shipping labels and make sure orders are accurate Organize finished products and inventory Sort products by style, color, and quality Help pour concrete products into molds Demold, sand, clean, seal, and finish concrete pieces Inspect finished products for quality Prepare products for storage and shipping Keep production, packing, and work areas clean and organized Help with other production and business tasks as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working with their hands . You don't need previous concrete experience—we can teach you our process.
