- Manage shipment and receipts of all products, materials, and supplies.
- Receiving, stocking, stacking, and sorting incoming and outgoing stock
- Pulling packing and loading
- Collaborate and communicate with logistics, customer service representatives, service providers, and other involved parties in shipping and
- Track, trace and update status of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean, neat, and member-ready area.
- Promptly sorts and stocks receivables.
- Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
- Provide additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
- Inventory Management
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving roles/ inventory management role.
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages when needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and sense of time organizations and urgency
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
