Stone Concepts & Brick is a masonry supply company headquartered in Jonesboro, AR with a second location in Alexander, AR. This is a full-time, on site Warehouse Manager role at our Alexander, AR location . Typical hours are 7:30am to 5pm . Hourly rate will be based on level of experience and has the potential to be increased with excellent performance once on the job . The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching brick and stone products, while maintaining accurate stock and inventory records. The role involves organizing warehouse layout, supervising loading and unloading activities, coordinating forklift and equipment use and enforcing safety procedures. The Warehouse Manager collaborates with sales and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules, minimize stock discrepancies, and support excellent customer service. The position will also be loading and unloading customers throughout each day and is expected to have top notch customer service skills.

We are looking for:

Forklift operation experience and safe handling of heavy materials Demonstrated skills in stock control and inventory control with the ability to maintain accurate records and prevent stock variances Experience coordinating with other departments Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Effective communication and leadership abilities to supervise staff, provide clear instructions, and resolve issues promptly Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or construction materials environments is preferred

Pay:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
