This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in organization, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. We're looking for a true jack-of-all-trades who can keep our warehouse running efficiently while supporting our installation team and customers. Responsibilities Manage all incoming and outgoing inventory. Receive, inspect, and organize shipments. Prepare doors, hardware, and materials for contractor and customer pickups. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Deliver doors and materials to installation sites throughout the Phoenix metro area. Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization. Coordinate with office staff and installation crews to ensure jobs are prepared correctly and on time. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Assist with quality control by inspecting products for damage before delivery or pickup. Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (or be willing to learn). Assist with service calls and miscellaneous field tasks as needed. Perform other duties to support the company's daily operations. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work. Strong organizational and time management skills. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Comfortable using basic technology, including email and inventory systems. Forklift experience is a plus (training available if needed). Construction, warehouse, delivery, or installation experience is preferred. Ability to solve problems and work independently with minimal supervision.
