  • Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Production Manager job in Mesa, AZ. As a Warehouse Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the daily operation of the Production Department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring a safe efficient operation in achieving business targets.
  • Salary:
  • Starting salary of $50,000
  • $60,000 based on experience, plus benefits available.
  • Requirements:
  • + Minimum 5 years leadership experience in a warehouse production environment + A leader who can motivate, train, drive accountability, and flexible enough to adapt to change + Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. + Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. + Must be proficient in all platforms of Office 365 + Must be able to provide training and give direction
  • Responsibilities for Production Managers include:
  • + Perform team management duties to include coaching, training, disciplinary action, safety practices, and scheduling and motivating + Monitor and optimize warehouse production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
+ Plan and coordinate the distribution of labor, adjusting work assignments and schedules while responding to fluctuating production needs + Manage daily labor efficiencies, downtime, quality control
