3002574046-2 Apply for this job now Job Description GXO Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse and manufacturing activities within our Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement operations. You will oversee inventory control, staffing, safety, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient, cost-effective service for global clients. In this role, you'll lead and develop diverse teams, implement process enhancements, and leverage technology to drive performance. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping, to meet service, quality, and cost objectives. Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, leads, and hourly associates to build a high-performing, safety-focused team. Plan and manage labor, schedules, and resource allocation to align with demand and production requirements. Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, audits, and effective use of the warehouse management system (WMS). Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement data-driven improvement plans. Maintain strict compliance with safety, OSHA, and company policies; conduct regular safety audits and drive a zero-incident culture. Collaborate with transportation, procurement, manufacturing, and customer teams to coordinate inbound and outbound flows and resolve operational issues. Drive continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and process optimization to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Support new business launches, process changes, and system enhancements, working with IT, engineering, and customer stakeholders. Manage operational budgets, control costs related to labor, equipment, and facility, and report financial performance to leadership.
