This role will coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, and logistics partners while helping monitor daily operations, projects, and warehouse performance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment. Responsibilities Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound operations. Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets, reports, and warehouse records. Track customer issues, projects, and assigned tasks to ensure timely resolution. Assist with process improvement initiatives and SOP documentation. Help track inventory, receiving, shipping, and other warehouse information. Follow up on assigned tasks and communicate updates to the Warehouse Manager. Assist with paperwork, scheduling, and communication with warehouse employees and other departments. Perform other general administrative and warehouse support duties as assigned. Maintain accurate records and handle confidential business information professionally. Qualifications Mandarin and English bilingual is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Warehouse, fulfillment, transportation, or supply chain experience are highly preferred. Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn. Able to work in a warehouse environment and assist with various tasks as needed. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
