Company Employee Drivers:

$28/hour (approximately $1,400/week gross based on typical hours) Incentive bonuses Benefits package Local/regional intermodal runs with strong home time

Lease-to-Own Drivers:

Keep 80% of revenue Truck lease, insurance, fuel and operating costs deducted Clear path to own the vehicle Steady intermodal freight under ISG authority

Owner-Operators:

Keep 80% of the total amount invoiced to the customer Bring your own equipment and run under our authority Consistent intermodal opportunities Requirements (all positions): Valid Class A CDL Clean MVR, solid safety record, current medical card, ability to meet DOT standards.
