Posted July 22, 2026 Established (35+ Years) Premier Third-Party Logistics Company Seeking Senior Warehouse Manager for 3PL and Distribution Operations in Oxnard, CA An established third-party logistics and distribution company with over 35 years in business is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager with 5-7+ years of progressive warehouse management experience to join their team onsite in Oxnard, CA. This role is designed for a hands-on operations leader with a proven background in 3PL warehouse management, inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and WMS administration, overseeing all aspects of facility performance from warehouse layout and slotting to team development and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
5-7+ years of progressive warehouse management experience, preferably within a third-party logistics (3PL) environment
Strong background in inbound and outbound logistics, receiving, and shipping operations
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, preferred
Current forklift operator certification with the ability to train and certify new hires
Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with the Extensiv WMS, formerly known as 3PL Central
Proven expertise in RFID technology, barcode systems, and inventory control processes
Experience designing and optimizing warehouse racking, slotting, and put-away strategies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and WMS-based reporting tools
Exceptional people-management and communication skills with a demonstrated track record of leading experienced teams
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities:
Direct all daily warehouse operations across inbound receiving, put-away, storage, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping to meet client service-level agreements and productivity targets
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse supervisors, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement
Serve as the operational owner of the Extensiv WMS, managing configuration, order flow, client onboarding, reporting, and system optimization
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, RFID and barcode scanning, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis of discrepancies
Design and continuously refine warehouse racking systems and slotting strategy to optimize throughput and minimize travel time
Coordinate receiving, cross-docking, staging, loading, and carrier scheduling to ensure on-time, accurate, and damage-free movement of goods
Forecast staffing needs based on volume fluctuations, schedule labor efficiently, and monitor productivity metrics to control costs and reduce overtime
Manage barcode and RFID labeling standards, scanning hardware, and data integrity across all warehouse processes
Conduct forklift certification and safety training, enforce OSHA compliance, and maintain a safe and organized work environment
Track and report on key performance indicators including order accuracy, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity
Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
