Job Responsibilities： Sourcing Warehouses for

Company Sites:

•Based on company business needs, conduct research on city/warehouse locations.

Signing and Renewing Warehouse Lease Contracts and Managing Daily Warehouse Operations:

Maintaining Warehouse Information in the

Leasing System:

•Regularly track and update warehouse-related insurance and other qualification documents. Collaborating with

Relevant Business Departments:

Maintaining warehouse landlord quotes, negotiating leases, uploading contracts, and assisting with lease fee settlement and reconciliation. Completing Other Tasks as Supervised by

Department Leaders:

Preferred Experience in

Real Estate/Warehouse Leasing:

Strong Negotiation Skills, Cost Control Awareness, and Data Analysis Ability:

Excellent Communication and Coordination Skills, and Cross-Departmental Collaboration Ability:

Proficient in Using Office Software such as

Excel and PowerPoint:

Bilingual in English and Chinese, with

Fluent Spoken and Written Expression:

Able to

Accept Frequent/Long-Term Business Travel:

$50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
