Director This position leads the day-to-day performance of the Elkhart Distribution Center, ensuring products move safely, accurately, and efficiently from receiving through storage, fulfillment, transfer, and delivery. This role translates company and supply chain priorities into clear operating plans, accountable teams, reliable service levels, and continuous improvement, and partners across branches and departments to strengthen inventory integrity, warehouse productivity, customer service, and the Distribution Center's capacity to support growth. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication and attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving skills, as well as be able to be adaptable, dependable, and utilize technology to produce quality work while functioning as part of a team.
