FCA Group As a Regional Redistribution Manager (RRM) at Stellantis, you will play a pivotal role in our wholesale distribution model, serving as the primary point of contact for our dealerships & customers. Your expertise in relationship-based selling and deep understanding of our products will enable you to drive sales and support our largest dealerships & customers across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale dealers, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for growth are identified Sales Development
• Collaborate with wholesale dealers to identify opportunities in Redistribution Stocking Level (RSL), Wholesale Distribution (WD), and Truckload (TL) sales Prospect for new RSL, WD, and Truckload customers to expand the customer base Order Management
• Assist dealers in obtaining, administering, and executing orders for Stocking & Expansion Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained through effective management of X-Plans to limit inventory disruptions.

Act as the liaison between headquarters (HQ), wholesale distributors (WDs), and MSXI to ensure synergy in operations. Manage dealer and WD communications regarding Wholesale Elite and VIPR programs and performance levels Handle the addition of new parts to the RSL as well as manage supersessions effectively and monitor RSL margin changes to ensure profitability EOE/Disability/Veteran At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
