CLIENT PROGRAM MANAGER CAG

For more than three decades, we've helped companies bring their brands to life through thoughtful, creative, and highly customized programs. We're looking for a Client Program Manager who loves being the person who keeps everything moving — from inventory and vendors to systems, data, fulfillment, and the client experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own and manage client programs from order through fulfillment. Monitor and forecast inventory to ensure products are available when needed. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate purchasing based on forecasts and lead times. Work with vendors on packaging, kitting, and fulfillment requirements. Communicate directly with clients to understand needs, solve problems, and ensure expectations are met. Analyze data and use it to identify issues, trends, and opportunities. Partner with our systems programmer to improve processes and ensure our technology supports the business. Coordinate multiple moving parts while keeping deadlines, details, and client needs on track. Reconcile system inventory to warehouse/physical inventory and investigate and resolve discrepancies.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree required. Advanced Microsoft Office skills — especially Excel . QuickBooks experience is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership. Someone who can manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details. A natural problem-solver who sees what needs to be done and gets it done.
