Job Overview We are seeking an organized and highly driven Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily outbound logistics, inventory control, and fulfillment operations. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of warehouse personnel, maximize floor productivity, and partner with freight carriers to ensure on-time, damage free deliveries. Duties Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including team management and team leadership initiatives to promote productivity Oversee warehouse distribution processes, ensuring timely shipping and receiving of goods in accordance with company standards Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste Operate and manage material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners safely and effectively Maintain accurate inventory control through the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols during all warehouse activities, including heavy lifting and materials handling Conduct regular audits of inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and utilize inventory management techniques to optimize stock accuracy Manage shipping & receiving operations, ensuring proper documentation Skills Experience in warehouse operations, distribution management, or related roles with at least 3 years warehouse supervisor experience. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve system errors Skilled in routine inspections and preventive equipment care Have the ability to recognize a problem and come up with a solution Proven techincal skills to work on machines when necessary Must be able to work with minimum supervision Strong knowledge of warehouse management and inventory management Proven ability to lead teams effectively through managerial communication skills, motivating staff toward shared goals Skilled in logistics coordination, materials handling, heavy lifting safety procedures, and operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and OSHA safety standards Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process documentation Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges proactively Join us as a Warehouse Manager where your leadership will energize our operations!
