Job Description
The purpose of this role is to support the operations processes by performing various tasks that will assist in placing our organization in a better position for success. The Branch Manager plays a critical role in providing visibility and insight into the organization's overall health, performance, and process development. Ensure compliance with all corporate and departmental standards. Analyze and process a variety of paper document types to ensure the execution of standardized claim protocol and claim handling. Support the development of departmental standards and expectations. Ensure that the department's practices meet or exceed the client's processing standards, procedures, and service level agreements Oversee document preparation and imaging processes. Manage and administer facility compliance, security, and safety standards. Equipment - ensure equipment is properly working. Ensure scanners are timely serviced and have an adequate stock of consumables. Manage the vehicles maintenance and address issues in a timely manner. Prepare department performance reports. Meet with employees on a regular basis to discuss performance and quality. Perform candidate interviews, participate in the hiring and screening process. Report on Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) to the Director of Operations to ensure adequate resources and technology are in place. Support the development of departmental standards and expectations. Ensure that the department's practices meet or exceed the client's processing standards, procedures, and service level agreements. The Branch manager is responsible for interviewing, new employee training and auditing of trainee performance. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements. Foster a cooperative and collaborative environment for team members to feel valued. Provide opportunities for staff growth and development. Ensure minimal to no Over Time of staff. Support client on site branch visits. Support other tasks assigned and aligned with the growth of the company.
Experience:
Three (3 +) years' management experience preferred. Mailroom experience (opening, sorting, and scanning a high volume of documents) is a plus. Technical Skills /
Knowledge:
Excellent Written and verbal communication skills Intermediate Research Skills Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point and MS Outlook Ability to multitask. Ability to maintain multiple schedules and track progress of multiple projects.
Starting Salary:
65,000 #SN
