This hands-on leader will manage receiving, inventory, shipping, incoming freight, building maintenance, equipment, maintenance vendors, safety, and overall facility upkeep while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory, order accuracy, and material handling. Coordinate inbound freight and ensure incoming shipments are accurately received and processed. Lead, schedule, coach, train, and manage warehouse staff, including hiring and retention. Develop daily work plans, prioritize workflow, and adjust staffing as operational needs change. Maintain accurate inventory and ensure warehouse productivity and efficiency. Oversee building maintenance, equipment, vendors, repairs, safety, and general facility upkeep. Inspect warehouse and equipment conditions and coordinate maintenance or replacement as needed. Implement and maintain warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards. Identify and implement process improvements to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Monitor the warehouse/facilities budget, analyze variances, and take corrective action as needed. Collaborate with the VP of Operations and other department heads to coordinate warehouse activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1-3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience. Experience with receiving, shipping, inventory, and inbound logistics. Facilities, equipment, maintenance, or vendor management experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to plan, prioritize, make sound decisions, and meet deadlines. Hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
