Help create seasonal specials, holiday products, and new floral offerings. Manage wedding and event inventory and ensure supplies are prepared and accounted for. Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse and cooler. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. Handle basic maintenance and troubleshoot facility and equipment issues. Requirements 2+ years of warehouse management experience. Leadership experience with the ability to train, coach, motivate, and develop employees. Purchasing experience preferred, particularly with fresh, perishable, seasonal, or inventory-based products. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Flexible schedule to accommodate receiving shipments and operational needs. Ability to work an average of 45-50 hours per week , with 60+ hours possible during major floral holidays. Microsoft Office or Google Docs/Google Workspace knowledge preferred. Current forklift certification or the ability to become certified. Creative mindset with an interest in floral design and product development. Ability to identify creative ways to utilize available cooler inventory and develop products customers want to buy. Hands-on attitude with the ability to work alongside the team when needed. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work weekends and holidays during peak floral seasons. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is organized enough to manage inventory, experienced enough to make smart purchasing decisions, creative enough to develop new floral products, and confident enough to lead and develop a team. If you are the type of person who sees a problem and fixes it, sees an employee with potential and develops them, or sees a cooler full of flowers and thinks "I can turn that into something customers will want to buy," this could be a great fit for you.
