Job Description

NW Industrial Staffing is actively recruiting a Warehouse Manager with a primary focus on leadership, system implementation, and building a team that is process-driven and highly motivated to achieve goals for accuracy and systems execution for a family-owned company that sells industrial fastening systems and supplies. What we are seeking 3 + years of executive management experience including strategic planning, decision-making and ownership, resource allocation, and organizational leadership. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing environment. Previous experience in creating a high-functioning organizational warehouse team that meets performance metrics in inventory accuracy and cycle counts. Ability to train, coach, and develop employees while implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Implement and work in accordance with ERP systems that can identify systemic gaps and create improvements in conjunction with other leaders that will enforce compliance and eliminate workarounds. Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on warehouse equipment and machinery. Experience creating, maintaining, and distributing departmental records, reports, and documentation Knowledge of federal and state regulations, including OSHA compliance, workplace safety, and employee training requirements. Strong employee management skills, including scheduling, performance management, and conflict resolution. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to communicate cross-departmentally with issues that affect order timely ness and inventory. Willingness to perform other duties as assigned to support departmental operations.

Pay:
