Ensure accuracy within warehouse operations. Establish, monitor, and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in strict compliance with government regulations and Company policies Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of warehouse operations and personnel. Train and develop supervisors, identifying and mentoring high potential candidates Successful interaction between other departments within the distribution center Implement best practices in managing inventories using a warehouse management system Ability to effectively manage personnel to ensure productivity Ability to work effectively in a range of temperatures down to -20 degrees.
