Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Business Continuous Improvement Department in an office/production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The Process Analyst will evaluate current processes, identify inefficiencies, and support implementation of data-driven improvements while assisting this Business Continuous Improvement Department as needed. Responsibilities Analyze existing business and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities Collect, validate, and analyze data to support process improvement and decision-making Develop process maps, workflows, and standard documentation to improve clarity and consistency Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve cycle time, and enhance operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and improvement progress Support automation and digitalization efforts by identifying opportunities for process optimization Participate in Kaizen events, process improvement workshops, and cross-functional projects Monitor performance of implemented improvements and recommend further enhancements Ensure standardization of processes across departments where applicable Document and communicate process changes to stakeholders and support adoption efforts Assist in training employees on new processes, tools, and best practices Other Duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field required 1-3 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or manufacturing environment preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel advanced functions, Power BI, SQL, or similar) preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working in a manufacturing or operational environment preferred Ability to sit, stand, and walk in an office and production environment and lift up to 25 pounds Reasons you should work for us: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
