Full Job Description Medical Materials Associate, Lake Otis, PRN Orthopedic Physicians Alaska Salary Range:
15.50-25.00 hourly

OPA:
As a Medical Materials Associate at OPA, you will work under the direction of the Medical Materials Manager, to ensure the continued availability of medical supplies and Durable Medical Equipment for our physicians.
What You'll Do:
Stock medical supply rooms with required materials. Ensure arriving materials are verified against packing slips and invoices. Schedule and track all inbound and outbound shipments. Occasionally work with transportation representatives, vendors, and suppliers. Communicate problems, needs, leads and inquiries to the team lead. Maintain and update accurate information in the company's Medical Materials Information Systems. Assists Accounting Department with appropriate cost reconciliations. Why You'll Excel in
This Role:
You work well under pressure and can juggle multiple and changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You are able to take direction. You have good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Problem solving ability using basic math. You are always willing to learn.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Working towards or have
B.B.A./B.S./M.S.
degree or equivalent in Logistics and Supply Chain.
Note:
This position requires frequent lifting of 10 to 30 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
