Full-time About the Company A dynamic company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Logistics Manager to manage and oversee all shipping operations. This role is essential to ensure efficient shipment scheduling, tracking, documentation, and clear communication with logistics partners and clients. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the entire shipping process from order placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipments. Schedule and track containers and all outbound shipments, confirming pickup arrangements with carriers, trucking companies, and freight forwarders. Prepare, collect, and verify all necessary shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery orders, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Respond to all client and buyer emails regarding shipping status, providing tracking updates, documentation, and prompt resolution to any inquiries. Maintain accurate shipping records, tracking sheets, and documentation logs for all shipments. Proactively communicate shipment schedules, updates, and any delays to internal teams, warehouse, and logistics partners. Address and resolve any shipping-related issues, discrepancies, or exceptions to minimize delays and ensure client satisfaction. Ensure shipments comply with industry regulations, proper documents, and labeling requirements. Support continuous improvement in shipping processes, cost efficiency, and supply chain coordination. Qualifications Proven experience in shipping coordination, logistics, or a related operational role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence. Proficiency with spreadsheets, shipping software, and basic inventory management systems. Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Valid work authorization to work in the United States.
