Contingent Upon Contract Award T Wallace Consulting LLC is seeking a highly qualified Project Lead / Senior Logistician for a potential federal contract supporting logistics and asset management operations in Washington, DC. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Project Lead will serve as the senior onsite operational lead responsible for managing a multidisciplinary logistics support team and ensuring successful performance across asset management, office supply operations, transportation support, fleet support, shipping/receiving, freight operations, and related administrative logistics functions. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership, coordinate personnel and workload, monitor performance requirements, communicate with Government stakeholders, identify operational risks, and ensure contract deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Primary Responsibilities Lead daily logistics operations across multiple service areas. Manage and supervise full-time contract personnel. Ensure continuity and quality of logistics support services. Monitor contract performance requirements and service levels. Coordinate requirements, priorities, schedules, and deliverables. Communicate service updates, disruptions, risks, and operational changes to Government stakeholders. Identify performance issues and proactively develop corrective solutions. Support requirements management, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), change control, quality assurance, and performance analytics. Develop reports, briefings, status updates, and other contract deliverables. Coordinate logistics activities involving asset/property management, shipping and receiving, office supplies, fleet operations, transportation support, and related services. Maintain professional, customer-focused communication with Government personnel and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with applicable federal policies, procedures, safety requirements, and contract requirements. Cross-train and coordinate personnel to maintain uninterrupted operations. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience directly managing successful multi-location logistics services . Experience managing teams of full-time employees. Demonstrated leadership experience involving requirements management, Service Level Agreements, change control management, data analytics, and/or quality assurance. Strong project coordination and organizational skills. Advanced time-management and analytical abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong client-facing/customer-service skills. Ability to work full-time onsite in Washington, DC. Ability to successfully complete federal suitability/background investigation requirements. Ability to legally work in the United States and satisfy federal employment eligibility requirements. Preferred Qualifications Previous federal Government logistics or contract-management experience. Experience managing logistics, property, warehouse, supply-chain, transportation, or asset-management operations. Experience working within federal facilities. Knowledge of federal logistics/property-management requirements. Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise asset/work-management platforms. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Work Location Washington, DC - On-site This position primarily supports federal facilities in Washington, DC and may require limited travel in support of logistics operations. Compensation $85,000-$100,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
