Responsibilities Manage the entire parts inventory system, including parts administration, inventory control, and warehouse management to ensure accurate stock levels and availability. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers through effective negotiation, procurement management, and supplier management experience to secure competitive pricing and reliable sourcing. Oversee logistics operations such as shipping & receiving, shipping schedules, pick up and delivery of parts and equipment repair to streamline supply chain processes. Utilize manufacturer automotive order processing, demand planning, meet benchmark standards and data entry accuracy. Coordinate with internal teams on parts sourcing for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, auto body repair components, and specialized automotive accessories. Implement demand planning strategies to forecast needs accurately while managing procurement timelines for parts sourcing. Lead efforts in parts pricing strategies while managing logistics inventory management to optimize profitability and customer service levels. Ensure compliance with safety standards related to warehouse experience such as forklift operation and equipment handling. Maintain clear internal communication channels across departments to support seamless order management system workflows and customer service excellence. Experience Proven experience in supply chain management within an automotive dealership or manufacturing environment. Strong background in supplier management, negotiation, procurement management, and parts sourcing. Hands-on automotive diagnostics skills combined with mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems for effective parts administration. Extensive warehouse experience including shipping & receiving, inventory management systems (such as AS400), and logistics inventory control. Familiarity with Stellantis' programs for data entry, reporting, and demand planning purposes. Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control processes effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service. Knowledge of auto body repair procedures, OEM parts specifications, and automotive service operations is highly desirable. Ability to lead a team efficiently while fostering internal communication across departments involved in parts sales, purchasing, and logistics.
