We are looking for an energetic team member to provide leadership for our moving crews and manage the daily operational aspects of the business. In this role you will work with customers, vendors, and all staff members to meet established operating goals and standards. Join our growing team today!What We Offer Pay range:

What You'll Do Supervise and dispatch mover/driver teams daily; coordinate employee scheduling and truck assignments Complete various dispatch duties, including: performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction, vehicle inspections, and paperwork audits Lead by example in performance, attitude, attendance and work ethic; responsible for team development and motivation Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire, and oversee new employee onboarding and training Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory; ensure trucks and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelines Responsible for employee development, accountability and corrective action programs Responsible for being an "on-call" emergency contact outside of normal business hours All other duties as assigned Who We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred Management, business, or other relevant experience is required Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and random drug screens Must be willing to work Saturday's and one Sunday a month Effective communication skills (verbal and written) Demonstrated ability to lead by example to motivate, develop and direct people Ability to assess the performance of self, employees and franchise to make improvements or take corrective action Strong decision making ability Basic truck/vehicle knowledge Experience in the fields of general labor, management, non-CDL transportation, landscaping, construction, project management, logistics, production, manufacturing, assembly, factory or warehouse helpful This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operatedTWO MEN AND A TRUCK
