We are a growing restaurant brand, and this role is a powerful starting point with real room for upward mobility as our company expands. What You'll Do As our Floor Manager, you will be the heart of our dining room operations. You'll be leading shifts from the floor, supporting your team and keeping our guests happy while maintaining solid operational discipline.

Shift & Floor Leadership:

Maintain a strong, visible floor presence. Run efficient, successful shifts by assisting wherever needed. Hosting, running food, bussing tables, interacting with guests and resolving issues with grace.

Team Building:

Recruit, hire, train and schedule appropriate staffing levels tailored to store needs.

Cost & Inventory Control:

Manage labor costs effectively to maintain profitability while taking charge of inventory management.

Administrative Operations:

Utilize Quickbooks and restaurant software for scheduling, inventory tracking, and basic financial reporting.

Culture:

Lead by example as a collaborative team player who is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure restaurant success and profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Proven experience in restaurant management is required.

Tech Skills:

Strong computer proficiency is a must (experience with Quickbooks required).

Leadership Style:

Hands-on leader with a strong floor presence—not an "office-only" manager.

Business Acumen:

Solid understanding of inventory control, staff scheduling, and managing labor margins.
