Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of store operations to enhance market presence and drive sales growth. Foster a superior customer experience, ensuring every interaction meets NAPA's high service standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in Pittsburg and surrounding areas. Collaborate with ownership to plan workloads and assign work schedules effectively. Ensure both retail and commercial customers receive exceptional service and expert guidance. Manage inventory levels and stocking to maintain a wellorganized and efficient store. Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, including vehicle safety. Work closely with the wholesale counter to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Assist customers with automotive parts inquiries and purchases, both in person and over the phone. Analyze sales trends and performance metrics, working with ownership and distribution teams to optimize results. Exhibit a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong leadership at all times. Expand wholesale sales efforts by targeting new markets and major accounts through proactive outside sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in an automotive parts store or related industry. 2+ years of management experience in the automotive sector (preferred). Ability to thrive in a fastpaced retail environment while effectively managing a team. Knowledge of cataloging systems and inventory management is a plus.
