We're seeking a motivated Inventory Control 1 to join our team! This role is designed to grow well-rounded team members - you'll build proficiency in either warehouse material handling or digital inventory control while cross-training in the other. It's the foundation of our operational team and a steppingstone toward greater independence and responsibility as you grow with us.

What You'll Do:

Learn the

Business:

Build familiarity with ALC's internal processes, product categories, and operational workflows. Handle the

Warehouse Side:

Receive, sort, organize, and move inventory within the warehouse, managing space and moving product appropriately. Manage the

Digital Side:

Support our large digital inventory catalog, and pull, pick, and verify the accuracy of online orders.

Keep Things Running Smoothly:

Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and safe working environment. Be a

Team Player:

Hit your quota/goal targets and take on other job-related duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

Post-secondary training and/or 2+ years of experience with inventory, online sales, or databases. Experience with Excel or other databases/inventory control software. Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and carrying, reaching, bending, and stooping frequently. Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. A safety-conscious mindset at all times.
