salary:

$67,000 - $70,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Oversee receiving workflow, verifying piece counts, shipment integrity, and material receipt accuracy. Log all inbound receipts into the written record logbook and enter receipts of raw materials and bulk products into the ERP system in a timely manner. Participate in regular inventory counts, monitor receiving activities to identify errors or process gaps, and resolve discrepancies. Distribute necessary documents to QA/QC and Accounting. Coordinate with Purchasing to resolve paperwork discrepancies (e.g., missing POs, BoLs, or CoAs). Directly supervise and support the Receiving Associate, setting clear performance expectations and managing workflow schedules. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving environment in compliance with company policies, operational controls, and cGMP standards. Prior experience in Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, or Food Manufacturing environments.

Software Knowledge:

Hands-on experience with NetSuite or 2M systems. Familiarity with high-volume receiving environments and standard inventory audit controls.
