Summary Responsible for Warehouse and Production Inventory maintenance and reconciliation on a daily basis.

Hours:

4:00AM Start Time - Monday through Friday - Approximately 8-10

Hours Per Day Direct Reports:

3 to 5 Responsibilities Daily Cycle Counting of All Full Goods and Raw Goods Daily/Weekly Variance Reporting Month End Inventory Variance Reporting Daily/Weekly Review of At-Risk Product and Coordinating with Sales/Warehouse to Fire Sale Product Slotting of New Product Continuous Re-Slotting of Pick Aisles to Improve Order Builder Efficiency Cross-Functional Communication to Production/Warehouse Teams on Improvement Opportunities Daily Review of Out Stocks that show Inventory On-Hand Manage On-Hold/Non-Conforming Product in SAP and Physical Storage Complies with all safety policies and procedures. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High School diploma or GED; Associates preferred. 3 - 5 years of warehouse/inventory experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverage industry. Prior auditing experience. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Forklift strongly preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc. Additional Information ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC applicants must submit to a background verification process prior to commencing employment with the company.
