Source vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships. Create and issue purchase orders while monitoring open orders and delivery schedules. Monitor inventory levels and establish appropriate reorder points and stocking strategies. Lead cycle counts, physical inventories, and resolve inventory discrepancies. Analyze inventory trends and purchasing data to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Supervise shipping, receiving, stocking, and warehouse organization. Ensure materials are accurately received, stored, and issued to technicians and project teams. Oversee the material handler to pull and stage materials for customer pickups, deliveries, service work, and projects. Coordinate with service, sales, project management, and field teams to forecast material needs. Develop and improve inventory and purchasing processes to support company growth. Maintain accurate purchasing, vendor, and inventory documentation. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Understands how inventory decisions impact customer service, profitability, and operations. Builds strong relationships with vendors and internal departments. Leads by example and helps create efficient, repeatable processes. Communicates clearly and works collaboratively across departments.
