Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repairs, monitoring costs and vehicle usage, managing vendor relationships, supporting driver safety, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This role works closely with operations teams to minimize downtime and improve fleet efficiency. Required Qualifications Three or more years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or a related operational role. Experience coordinating vehicle maintenance and managing vendors. Working knowledge of vehicle safety standards and applicable transportation regulations. Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage budgets, analyze operational data, and prioritize competing needs. Proficiency with fleet management systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. Valid driver's license appropriate to the role.
