We are a expedite/specialized trucking company located in Utica, MI looking to add a dispatcher/load planner to our team. Work is Monday - Friday, work hours will be discussed. Experience in logistics is a plus but not required. We are a fast-paced office environment looking to add someone who is reliable, a good team player and eager to learn. Insurance is offered after 90 days of employment.

Duties:

Inputting Macro point tracking on all shipments Updating BOL numbers/piece count/POD signatures on all loads Dispatching loads and communicating with drivers Scheduling pickup/delivery appts when needed on loads Assisting drivers with directions and information they need to get the job done Manage and maintain relationships between customers Address any and all issues that may arise during the dispatch process Oversee all driver communication

Requirements:

Must be reliable/on time. Must be organized. Good communication skills via text/phone/email.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
