This role is essential to the Fargo team's success. Schedule Monday through Friday, beginning at 12:00 p.m. Customer Support The Dispatcher/Driver Manager will support a large customer and work on-site at the customer's facility.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily driver routes and schedules. Dispatch drivers in compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations. Monitor driver locations and hours of service. Analyze operational issues and develop solutions. Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and team members. Use TMW systems; prior experience is preferred but not required. Use Outlook, Excel, Word, and Windows proficiently. Provide support for maintenance and repair issues. Maintain productive working relationships with drivers. Strong customer communication skills are essential because this customer-facing role is based at the customer's facility.
