$18.50

Standard University business hours 8:30am
  • 5:00pm (academic year) 8:00am
  • 4:30pm (summer) Evening and weekend hours will be required.
Hours may vary based on operational needs.

Full-time Job Description:
Provides administrative support to the Facilities and Event Operations department. Coordinates scheduling, maintenance, and inspection of all athletic department vehicles, trailers, and registered boats Manages transportation scheduling for athletic teams, including the van/bus fleet and driver assignments Tracks vehicle and equipment inventory Supports the planning and execution of athletic and non-athletic events across all athletics facilities Monitors facility upkeep and supply needs, and assists with facilities scheduling and related logistics
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Required.
Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to operate vehicles and transport people. General understanding of vehicle maintenance. Proficient at clerical scheduling and coordination. Ability to physically set up events, including tables, chairs, tents, scoreboards, etc.
Responsibilities:
Transportation Staffing and Scheduling Coordination
  • Coordinate the vehicle use schedule and staffing related to transportation to ensure athletic teams travel safely and on schedule. Coordinate transportation of athletic teams using the athletic fleet, including buses. Vehicle Maintenance and Inventory Tracking
  • Coordinate the inspection and maintenance of all athletic department vehicles, trailers, and registered boats to keep the fleet safe and in service. Track vehicle and equipment inventory. Facilities Coordination
  • Monitor the maintenance, organization, safety, and upkeep of facilities to ensure safe, functional spaces for staff and student-athletes. Work with staff to provide the services needed for each group's area of operation. Game Administration & Event Support
  • Support internal and external events, including staffing, service requests, and setup, to ensure events run smoothly. Facilities Scheduling Support
  • Coordinate facilities scheduling for varsity team games and practices, camps, clinics, recreation services, and external/rental users to prevent conflicts across shared spaces.
Other duties as assigned.
