Vampires.app is looking for an experienced and results-driven Rideshare Transportation Operations Manager to assist in overseeing and optimizing our rideshare operations. This position plays a key role in managing driver performance, training drivers, monitoring service quality, maintaining compliance, and improving efficiency within our transportation network. The ideal candidate has a strong background in logistics or transportation management, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily rideshare operations including driver scheduling, dispatch coordination, and route optimization Recruit, train, and manage a team of rideshare drivers or independent contractors Monitor driver performance metrics, customer ratings, and operational KPIs Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations Collaborate with platform partners (e.g., Uber, Lyft) or manage internal rideshare systems Resolve service issues, escalated customer concerns, and incident reports promptly Implement safety and service quality standards across the transportation team Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Manage fleet logistics including vehicle maintenance, inspections, and record keeping Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to transportation services Prepare operational reports and contribute to budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or rideshare management Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of DOT regulations, fleet safety, and transportation compliance Proficiency in transportation software, routing tools, and Excel/Google Sheets Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with rideshare platforms (Uber, Lyft, etc.) Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and dispatch software Experience managing independent contractors or hybrid teams Bilingual or multilingual capabilities a plus
