We create custom, turn-key lighting displays that transform luxury properties into holiday showpieces. We're hiring full-time Christmas Light Installers and Crew Leaders for the 2025 holiday season. If you love working outdoors, are comfortable at heights, and want to help create stunning displays, we'd love to meet you. Required qualifications and experience This opening is only open to experienced light installers that have at least 1 season of previous experience working for a professional Christmas light installation or decorating company. DIY experience installing your own lights or for family does not count for this position - we are only seeking those who have previously worked with a professional Christmas light installation company installing commercial-grade products. If you do not have experience, please see our Indeed page and apply for our "Christmas Light Installer" position instead. 1+ seasons of experience working for a professional Christmas light installation company Experience installing custom-cut commercial grade C9 stringers Experience using and running bare wire and vampire plugs to create custom length extension cords Experienced hanging wreaths, bows, and other commercial grade decorations Experience working on Arizona tile roofs Experience leading or running your own crew of Christmas Light Installers is a bonus We are seeking experienced individuals who can get to work in the field with limited to no training. What you'll do Lead a small crew through each day's installs, delegating work tasks, overseeing quality, and troubleshooting problems. Work outside every day installing holiday lights and décor on buildings, roofs, trees, and landscaped areas. Climb ladders up to 30 ft and safely access rooflines and elevated work areas. Load/unload materials and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout the shift (often 6-12 hours on your feet ). Start at 6:00 AM and work until that day's route is complete (overtime and some weekends required). Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented installations our clients expect. Who thrives here You don't have a fear of heights and are confident on ladders and roofs. You can work outside for long periods in all weather— Arizona is hot, and this is demanding, physical work . You're punctual, honest, and communicate well. You take pride in craftsmanship and follow directions and safety procedures. Required Reliable transportation to and from our North Phoenix location (daily reporting) and/or each job - you may need to drive your personal vehicle to and from each job. Open availability. Valid driver's license. 18 years of age or older. Ability to pass a one-time pre-employment drug test (required for insurance purposes). Ability to pass a background check. Capable of the physical demands listed above.
Preferred / Bonus
Points Previous professional Christmas light installation experience. Roof experience (the more roof-savvy you are, the more earning potential you'll have). Boom lift (aerial lift) experience is a plus. Backgrounds like roofing, landscaping, firefighting, construction, solar installation, or farming often do very well here. Schedule Open availability is required Expected hours: 30-60 per week; overtime and weekends may be required based on business need. We typically have unlimited overtime available during peak season. December 16th -29th (approximate): company holiday break (unpaid). Top performers will be invited back in January for removals. Removals begin December 30th and continue until all lights are taken down, typically towards the beginning of February. Pay & Perks Competitive hourly pay, paid weekly.
