Job Description

Michael S. Coffin LLC is a landscape construction and horticultural management firm specializing in high-end residential properties throughout New England. We partner with leading landscape architects and design teams to bring detailed planting plans to life through craftsmanship and a deep understanding of best landscape practices. We're seeking an experienced and detail-driven Planting Crew Leader and Crew Members to join our field teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in planting work, understand proper installation techniques, and leads by example in maintaining high standards on site.
Responsibilities:
Lead crew in daily planting operations with attention to quality and efficiency Guide crew in proper handling, layout, and installation of plant material Operate landscape equipment safely and responsibly Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Communicate material needs to supervisors with foresight for the following workday
Qualifications:
3-5 years of field-based planting experience Strong knowledge of planting techniques and landscape best practices Proven ability to lead and support crews of 1-3 team members Proficient with standard landscape tools and equipment Valid driver's license required
