Design With Nature is looking for a skilled, reliable Landscape Crew Leader to help drive our projects forward. What You'll Do Prep trucks and tools each morning with your team. Lead a crew of 2-3 in the field under the direction of an Operations Manager. Complete residential and commercial landscape maintenance and installations. Oversee tasks such as mulching, pruning, planting, drainage work, and grading. Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail. Interact with clients, complete necessary documentation, and uphold quality standards. What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in landscape maintenance and installation. Strong plant knowledge and an eye for proper care and aesthetics. Confidence operating small equipment and tools. Clear communication skills and the ability to motivate your crew. Attention to safety, scheduling, and quality control. Valid driver's license required; ability to obtain a Maryland DOT Card within 30 days of hire; and reliable transportation. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in all weather conditions. Schedule & Compensation Competitive pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience. This is a full-time, year-round hourly position.

Standard schedule:
